I received an access card with a code. How do I order photos?

Click on Access your photos in the menu.

Enter the access code from your card and click "Open album".

You can then view and order the photos.

I received an email with login information. What should I do?

Click the button in the email.

You will be automatically redirected to the login page.

Enter your email address and the password from the email.

You will then see your photos.

How do I redeem my voucher?

A valid voucher is automatically applied in the shopping cart.

You do not need to enter a code.

Can I adjust the photo crop?

Yes, you can adjust the photo crop in the shopping cart.

If you crop the image tighter, the selected area will be enlarged.

Watch the stars – they show if the image quality is sufficient for the chosen size.

You can also choose to display the entire image without cropping.

Will the watermark be removed?

Yes. The watermark is only used for preview protection.

It is automatically removed upon ordering – for both downloads and prints.

How can I order the school yearbook?

If we offer a yearbook for your child’s school, you’ll find it under "Savings Package" as a single item and also under "Single Products".

It is not included in the photo package and can be ordered separately.

The yearbook wasn’t included in my delivery – when will it arrive?

If a yearbook has been ordered, it will not be sent by post.

It will be distributed later directly by the school – usually some time after the photo delivery.

What does “Choose school ID photo” mean?

In the first two weeks after photo day, you can select the photo to be used for your child's student ID – but only if your school uses our student ID service.

If not, this feature is disabled.

Please choose a classic portrait: A photo showing only the face and shoulders – no poses, movement or exaggerated facial expressions.

A neutral, friendly expression is ideal.

Please do not select full-body or posed photos! These are not suitable for ID cards, as the face is too small to be clearly visible.

What is the quality of the photos and products?

We work with professional photo labs using high-quality materials.

If there is a problem with your delivery, we will of course take care of it.

Can the portraits be used as passport photos?

Our school portraits are meant to capture happy memories – and a bright smile is part of that.

Biometric passport photos, however, require a neutral facial expression, so our portraits are not suitable for official documents.

But don’t worry: During every photo session, we offer the option to take biometric ID photos during recess.

How can I order photos for multiple children?

Click “Add another access code” during login.

You can enter up to five codes at once.

All photos will appear together, and you only pay shipping once.

Can I change the products in the shopping cart?

Yes. You can individually adjust the product and size for each photo in the cart.

How can I track my order?

Click the link in your order confirmation email or log in to view your photos with your email address and password.

Under "My Orders" you’ll find all order details.

How long does delivery take?

Production begins immediately after payment is received.

Digital downloads are available right after payment.

Printed products are usually delivered within a few working days, depending on the product and shipping method.

One of the products arrived damaged – what now?

Please contact us right away.

Send a photo of the damaged product and your order number by email or via our contact form.

We’ll find a quick solution for you.

I didn’t receive an email – what should I do?

Check your spam or junk mail folder – emails sometimes end up there by mistake.

If it’s not there either, contact us directly and we’ll assist you.

I lost my access code – what can I do?

You usually receive the access code from the school (as a card or by email).

If you can’t find it, please contact us.

Can other parents see my child’s photos?

Your child's portraits are only visible to you.

Access is protected with a personal code known only to you.

The group photo (e.g. class photo) is visible to all parents of the same class – so everyone can order a shared memory.

Protecting your data – especially portraits – is our top priority.
